About the Role
: Responsible for overseeing and directing any possible marketing efforts in order to drive sales and build brand awareness.
Responsibilities
:

Defining Marketing, brand and product mix strategies.

Review current marketing and product trends to determine the effectiveness of strategies.

Allocate and plan the marketing budget.
-
Collaborate with VP to make decisions regarding the budget and the direction of the brand.

Direct to create and maintain a successful brand and image that attracts customers to the product or service.

Improve total and top of mind brand awareness.
-
Coordinate with the sales team for integrated sales and marketing plans to achieve market growth.

Identify and engage market research, media, or other marketing agencies for generating market intelligence.

Guide the market research teams in identifying key customer and product related feedback and information from the market.

Grow, develop and uplevel the team by defining performance standards, strategy, and evolving the team to scale.

Establishing strategies for the product mix.
Qualifications
:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or other relevant studies.
Experience
:
-
8+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably in FMCG or consumer products.
Required Skills
:

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Strong ability to collect, analyse, and interpret different types of data.
-
Strong project management skills.
-
Strong understanding of marketing strategies & tactics.
-
Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
