Role Summary

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can own our multi-channel presence end-to-end—strategy, content, distribution, and analytics. You’ll turn product updates, properties, builder partnerships, and market insights into scroll-stopping content that drives awareness, trust, and qualified traffic/leads.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategy & Planning
  • Build monthly/quarterly social strategy aligned to growth goals (reach → engagement → traffic → leads → sign-ups)
  • Define channel roles (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube/Shorts, Facebook, X, Threads; optional: WhatsApp Communities & Telegram).
  • Own the content calendar: brand pillars, campaign themes, posting cadence, UGC/creator collabs.
  • Content & Creative
  • Produce platform-native content (reels, carousels, shorts, static posts, stories, polls, long-form captions).
  • Write clear, on-brand copy; maintain tone consistency across all assets.
  • Brief and manage designers/video editors; maintain brand kit compliance.
  • Distribution & Community
  • Publish, schedule, and A/B test posts; optimize thumbnails, hooks, hashtags, and timing.
  • Engage daily: comments, DMs, groups, builder/agent spotlights, creator/SME partnerships.
  • Coordinate with Growth for performance creatives and with Sales for builder campaigns.
  • Performance & Reporting
  • Track KPIs per channel; build weekly dashboards and monthly insights reports.
  • Run experiments (hooks, formats, offers) and iterate based on data.
  • Manage UTM discipline; attribute traffic and leads from social to website/app.
  • Compliance & Ops
  • Ensure property visuals/copy meet brand and regulatory guidelines (RERA/GST mentions where required).
  • Maintain an organized asset library and version control.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3–5 years in social media marketing; at least 1 year handling brand accounts (real estate, proptech, fintech, consumer apps, or marketplaces preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to grow Application users/channels from 0→1 and 1→n with measurable results.
  • Strong short-form video + carousel storytelling; confident writing
  • Hands-on with analytics and experimentation; comfortable owning weekly numbers.
  • Excellent written English; familiarity with Indian real-estate lingo and buyer psychology.

Good-to-Have

  • Prior experience marketing real-estate projects (builder launches, site-visit drives, lead-gen campaigns).
  • Knowledge of city-specific housing trends (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, etc.).
  • Basic design/video skills.
  • Experience with creators/influencers, B2B (builder/agent) narratives, and employer branding.

Success Metrics (KPIs/OKRs)

  • Reach & Growth: Sign-ups, app downloads, traffic, followers, impressions, view-through rate, content saves/shares.
  • Engagement: ER% by post and by channel, comments, community interactions.
  • Traffic & Leads: Sessions from social (via UTM), CTR to PDPs/LPs, qualified leads generated.
  • Velocity & Quality: Posts/week per channel, creative turnaround time, brand consistency score.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
