- Provide service and customer support during field visits.
- Manage all on-site mechanical repair, maintenance works within the assigned territory and conduct client demonstration when required.
- Diagnose mechanical errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
- Produce timely and detailed service report.
- Prepare and submit work orders, expense reports and timesheets to the respective departments
- Cooperate with technical team Members and share information with Management
- Evaluate products accurately for maintenance, warranty, upgrades and other purposes.
- Collaborate closely with technical team to resolve technical issues.
- Identify root cause analysis before proceed.
- Understand customer requirements and accordingly recommend the right services.
- Understand technical problems effectively through proper analysis, evaluation and diagnoses.
- Provide technical support to junior staff in case of complex issues.
- Build positive relationships with customers by providing outstanding and excellent services.
- Respond to customer complaints timely and effectively.
- Prepare and distribute maintenance records, warranty contracts, installation report and other service reports to the senior managers.
- Maintain proper Housekeeping of equipments.
- Advising management on continued use of unsuitable equipment, appliances and apparatus.
- Liaison with coordinators for equipments.
Education:
Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering / DAE-Mechanical
Experience:
3+ years of experience required.
