Service Coordinator (SOLAR INDUSTRY)

Karachi, Pakistan

· Provide service and customer support during field visit.

· Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance works with in the assigned territory and conduct client demonstration when required.

· Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.

· Produce timely and detailed service report.

· Prepare and submit work orders, expense reports and timesheets to the respected department.

· Cooperate with technical as well as management team.

· Evaluate products accurately for maintenance, warranty, upgrades and other purpose.

· Collaborate technical team to resolve technical issues.

· Understand customer requirements and recommend the right services.

· Understand technical issues effectively and provide technical support to the staff in case of complex issues.

· Build positive relationship with customers by providing excellent and outstanding services.

· Respond to customer queries timely and effectively.

· Prepare and distribute maintenance record, warranty contracts, installation report and other service reports to the After Sales Service Manager.

Perform the assigned task on time and always follow the policies and procedures of the company while doing those assigned task.

Requirements:

Education: B-Tech/DAE (Preferably in Mechanical/Electrical)

Experience: Fresh.

Salary: Rs 85,000

Location: Korangi Industrial Park Area.
