Intergrande Real Estate Developments was established with the goal of executing projects that exemplify exceptional precision and meticulous attention to detail. We currently have several ongoing villa development projects in Nad Al Sheba Gardens Phase 1, in addition to villa’s and apartment buildings in Jebel Ali Hills, as well as labor accommodation in Al Warsan 2. We are actively preparing to initiate construction on these projects while simultaneously seeking high-potential opportunities for future development.

About The Job

A Senior MEP Engineer leads the design, installation, and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for buildings, ensuring energy efficiency and code compliance, while mentoring junior staff, managing project timelines/budgets, coordinating with other disciplines (architects, structural engineers), and overseeing site execution for complex projects. They act as a technical expert, resolve issues, and ensure quality and safety from design through to handover, using software like AutoCAD/Revit.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

License/Certification:
