Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide junior nursing staff in daily clinical/academic activities.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care services to ensure quality and safety.
• Train, mentor, and support staff in patient care practices and academic duties.
• Monitor and manage patient care delivery, documentation, and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to nursing protocols, ethical practices, and institutional policies.
• Coordinate with doctors, faculty, and administration for smooth operations.
• Assist in curriculum delivery and clinical training for nursing students (if applicable).
• Participate in audits, inspections, and quality improvement programs.

Qualification & Experience:

• B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5+ years of nursing/clinical/academic experience (including supervisory roles).
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of NABH/INC guidelines and hospital/college compliance standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
