Senior Officer - Admin Operations HR

We are currently recruiting a Senior Officer - Admin Operations (HR) for our client based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Job Summary

Responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and travel management support across the organization, ensuring efficient operations, accurate documentation, vendor coordination, and compliance with policies and service standards.

Job Responsibilities

1. Travel Management

  • Manage domestic and international travel bookings within approved budgets.
  • Monitor and record travel expenditures and process requests within defined SLAs.

2. Payroll Management

  • Payroll management.

3. Administration

  • Oversee daily administrative activities and coordinate with outsourced service providers.
  • Serve as the key contact for internal teams and external stakeholders requiring admin support.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor services, and facility-related needs.
  • Support annual budget preparation, forecasting, and monitoring Actual vs. Budget for admin expenses.

4. Document Management

  • Maintain updated and secure records related to admin and outsourced operations.
  • Ensure effective filing systems to enable accurate and timely document retrieval.

5. Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare and submit periodic operational and administrative reports.
  • Ensure adherence to policies and support audits with accurate documentation.

6. People Management

  • Supervise and guide subordinates to ensure efficient task execution.
  • Provide on the job training and feedback to support employee development.

7. Other Duties

  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by Management as required by business needs.
Key Working Relationships
  • Internal: All employees (admin and travel support).
  • External: Vendors, subcontractors, and travel service providers.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 4-6 years in HR operations and administration.
  • UAE Experience in the same function is mandatory.
  • Experience in Business Travel Management, Vendor Management, and Payroll Management is essential for this position.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
