Qualification:
- Graduate / Master in Finance, recognized from HEC.
Experience:
- Minimum 03 years of relevent post qualification experience.
Skills:
- Familiar of accounting and reporting framework as applicable in Pakistan and related Rules and Regulations.
- Having good command on Excel and Oracle.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Post journal entries in the General Ledger (GL) modules.
- Prepare periodic accounting schedules
- Ensure all bills/invoices are processed in accordance with Policies & Procedures of the Company
- Verify employee-related expenses against the Employee Relations Manual (ERM).
- Verify supplier tax status with FBR to ensure proper deduction of income and sales tax.
- Disbursements & Employee Accounts monthly review
- Compile monthly withholding sales tax statements in compliance with federal (FBR) and provincial (SRB, PRA) regulations.
- Process employees’ loans, advances, and reimbursable bills in Oracle Financials.
- Review staff balances for loans and other recoveries.
- Issue tax challans to vendors for income and sales tax withheld.
- Provide income tax and sales tax certificates to vendors.
- Assist Tax Section in responding to queries/requests from FBR and other regulatory authorities
