Senior Officer IT

ey Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and hardware.
• Provide technical support to end-users (software, hardware, network issues).
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/Linux) and applications.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Manage user accounts, access controls, and data security protocols.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and support services.
• Ensure data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Implement IT policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and configurations.
• Support ERP systems, databases, and internal software (if applicable).
• Assist in IT audits and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or equivalent (preferred).

Experience:

• 3–5 years of relevant IT experience.
• Hands-on experience with networking, system administration, and troubleshooting.
