Senior Officer PMO

Role Brief

This role is responsible for leading, supporting, and facilitating the successful delivery of critical IT and internal technical projects by coordinating all projects phases from initiation to closure, ensuring effective project quality management, and developing project and departmental dashboards for performance tracking. The role also supports the preparation and assistance of monthly and quarterly reports and presentations for EPMO, CIO, and CEO senior management, project and awareness related communication designs and manages awareness communications and programs, assists in departmental and senior management presentations, and independently leads end-to-end conference management, including planning, vendor coordination, stakeholder communication, on-site execution, and post-event evaluation.

Role Description

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for PMO, project performance, KPIs, and executive reporting
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define reporting requirements, milestones, risks, and KPIs, etc.
• Support project governance by tracking project health, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource utilization
• Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and standardization across PMO reports
• Optimize SQL queries and data models to support efficient reporting and performance,
• Lead, facilitate and support projects as a Project Manager/Project Officer
• Support in Project artifacts, i.e., Project Charter, Demand Management Normal and Urgent modules and RTM.
• Asist in creating and maintaining RTM (Requirement Traceability Metrics) for projects
• Support the preparation of QC test cases
• Execute QC test cases as per defined scenarios
• Prepare and share QC summary reports regularly
• Prepare project communication designs (project kick-offs, completion)
• Prepare awareness related communications (IT Security and Project Management)
• Prepare awareness campaigns, communication and plans
• Prepare senior level (CEO, QRM, others) presentations, dashboards and other project related presentations as and when required

Requirements

• Proficiency in Power BI (dashboarding, DAX, data modeling)
• Basic SQL skills for data extraction and reporting
• Experience of working within a PMO or project management environment
• Good understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Good proficiency in Project Management tools i.e., MS Project, EPM (SharePoint)
• Understanding of Quality Assurance concepts
• Good stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills

Qualification

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Project Management or a related field
• Good to have Project Management certification (PMP, Agile, CAPM, or equivalent)
