KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sources and locates candidates via effective channels to maintain a robust pool of potential candidates for vacancies and cultivate a top-tier workforce.
  • Handles a substantial volume of recruitment, including specialized positions, managing multiple vacancies across various disciplines simultaneously.
  • Conducts candidate interviews, whether by telephone, video, or in-person, in collaboration with Hiring Managers and other team members.
  • Maintains the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring the efficient processing of candidates, requisitions, and postings within specified timeframes.
  • Generates and maintains reports and communications to keep senior staff informed of vacancy statuses.
