SENIOR OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Individuals working as Operations Executives need to communicate with higher management to prepare a strategy for operations to run efficiently.
• We require an individual with strong knowledge of correspondence with shipping lines.
• We need a candidate with strong experience in dealing with shipping lines and handling documentation.
• You also need to assist in developing long term plans to achieve the goals and objectives already set.
• An Operation Executive also keeps a check on the performance of the operations of both internal service providers and external service providers.
• Apart from this, they should also monitor every performance metrics and they should receive and respond to approvals and notifications regularly.

Qualifications:

In addition, our "ideal candidate" has the following skills & experience:

• Minimum 01 year’ experience required in operations.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing with Seniors & customers;
• Knowledge of the general industry procedures, practices, and terminology;
• Ability to effectively function in a fast-paced environment with quotas and goals;

Salary package

• Salary will be decided during the interview based on the candidate's experience.
