Senior Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead and oversee administrative and operational functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, experience managing large teams, and a proven ability to establish and implement structured processes to improve overall business efficiency. Experience in the service industry is preferred.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in the administration field
  • Proven experience managing and supervising large teams
  • Strong operational management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement company structure, policies, and procedures
  • Experience in the service industry preferred
  • Valid driving license preferred
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative and operational activities
  • Lead, manage, and motivate large teams to achieve company objectives
  • Develop and implement organizational structures, systems, and workflows
  • Improve operational efficiency and service delivery standards
  • Establish policies, procedures, and performance benchmarks
  • Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions when required
  • Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth business operations
