Senior Operations Manager (Automotive Retail)

Job Summary:
Moto Argento Trading W.L.L. is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead and optimize automotive retail operations across sales, customer service, and after-sales support in Doha. This role is responsible for improving operational efficiency, enhancing customer experience, and driving business performance in a fast-paced automotive environment. What you'll do:

• Oversee daily automotive retail operations including showroom, sales support, and after-sales coordination
• Lead and manage operational teams to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
• Monitor sales operations, inventory coordination, and customer service performance
• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and brand experience
• Coordinate with service, logistics, and procurement teams to support business operations
• Analyze KPIs, operational data, and sales trends to drive improvements
• Manage operational budgets, staffing, and resource planning
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and retail procedures
• Support business growth initiatives and process optimization projects

Requirements:

• Experience in automotive retail, dealership operations, or business operations management
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Understanding of retail operations, customer service, and inventory coordination
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
