  • Control discovery conversations like a consultant
  • Handle objections without flinching
  • Close confidently and consistently
  • Own the entire pipeline,no babysitting required

You Must Have:

  • 3–6+ years in outbound telesales / SDR / closing roles
  • A proven closing track record (numbers matter)
  • Strong B2B SaaS / tech / digital services sales experience
  • Mastery in consultative selling & negotiation
  • CRM discipline (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
  • Thick skin. Strong mindset. Zero excuses.
