Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Partnerships & Business Development Associate to play a key role in expanding Lyve’s partner ecosystem. This position is suited for someone with 2–5 years of experience who can independently manage partnerships, close high-value deals, and contribute to overall growth strategy.



Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and secure high-value partners, sponsors, and brands

• Lead negotiations for strategic deals, long-term partnerships, and sponsorship agreements

• Own and manage a pipeline of opportunities from outreach to closing

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners

• Develop creative partnership proposals leveraging Lyve’s digital assets (in-app, social, campaigns, etc.)

• Collaborate with internal teams to align partnerships with broader growth objectives

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize partnership performance and ROI


Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales

• Proven ability to close deals and manage partner relationships independently

• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

• Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset

• Ability to manage multiple partnerships and priorities simultaneously

• Experience working with digital platforms, media assets, or marketing campaigns is a strong plus
