Zing Pakistan is looking for a Senior Performance Marketer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience to lead and optimize our digital campaigns across multiple platforms and drive measurable brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all digital marketing and social media platforms, including content planning, scheduling, optimization, and distribution (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.)
- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns focused on increasing sales, engagement, and brand awareness
- Monitor and manage Zing’s online presence, ensuring consistent brand identity and audience engagement
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and platform insights to optimize strategies
- Set clear KPIs and ensure achievement of ROI-driven marketing goals
- Collaborate with creative teams on content creation, including product visuals, fashion shoots, videos, and ad creatives
- Stay updated with fashion, fragrance, and digital marketing trends to keep campaigns fresh and competitive
- Track customer sentiment, reviews, and brand reputation across digital channels
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads
- Proven expertise in performance marketing with a strong focus on conversions and sales
- Experience in content creation, social media copywriting, and campaign execution
- Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
- Creative thinker with excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
- Good understanding of fashion, lifestyle branding, and consumer behavior
- Experience working with clothing brands, perfumes, or physical product-based businesses is highly preferred
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field
- Certifications in Digital Marketing are a plus
- 2–4 years of relevant experience with a proven track record of successful campaigns
