Senior Performance Marketing Manager – Lead Generation

We are looking for a top-tier Lead Generation & Performance Marketing expert who can consistently generate qualified investor leads through both paid and organic channels.

Your Mission

Your main responsibility is simple:

Generate high-quality investor leads for:

• Business acquisitions
• Business sales
• Investment opportunities
• International business setup

You will design and execute multi-channel lead generation systems.

What You Will Do

• Build and scale lead generation funnels for high-ticket services
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Optimize CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and ROI
• Generate leads through SEO, organic traffic, and content strategies
• Launch and manage landing pages and conversion funnels
• Use CRM systems to track and improve lead-to-client conversion
• Run A/B tests on ads, creatives, funnels, and landing pages
• Build strategies for organic lead generation (SEO, content, communities)
• Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and closing rates

Required Skills (Must Have)

We are looking for a true performance marketer, not a social media manager.

You must have strong experience in:

• Lead generation for high-ticket services or investments
• Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
• Conversion funnels and landing page optimization
• Performance metrics: CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate
• CRM systems and marketing automation
• Scaling paid campaigns with measurable ROI
