Senior Performance Marketing Specialist – Google Ads & Meta Ads

We're looking for an elite performance marketer who thrives on data, strategy, and scaling brands profitably across all major advertising platforms. Who We're Looking For
We need a battle-tested performance marketer who has managed $10M+ ad spend across Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms. You're not just someone who "runs ads" – you're a strategist who understands the full customer journey, attribution models, and how to scale profitably in the competitive US e-commerce landscape.
This role is NOT for you if:

  • You focus on vanity metrics (reach, impressions, clicks)
  • You've only worked with local/regional brands
  • You rely on "boosting posts" as your Meta strategy
  • You haven't worked with TikTok's commerce ecosystem

This role IS for you if:

  • Your dashboards show Purchases, ROAS, CPA, and Revenue
  • You've scaled US e-commerce brands from 6-figures to 7-figures
  • You've built and managed TikTok Shops and Meta Shops from scratch
  • You speak fluent "conversion optimization" across all platforms

Core Responsibilities
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  • Build and execute full-funnel conversion campaigns (TOF, MOF, BOF) with proven scaling strategies
  • Implement and troubleshoot Conversions API (CAPI) for accurate server-side tracking
  • Generate detailed CAPI health reports and ensure proper event matching
  • Manage catalog sales, dynamic retargeting, and Advantage+ shopping campaigns
  • Conduct creative testing frameworks (hooks, angles, formats) with statistical significance
  • Optimize for Purchase events with target ROAS/CPA goals

Meta Shop & Commerce Manager

  • Set up and configure Meta Shops (Facebook & Instagram Shops) from scratch
  • Manage product catalogs, collections, and checkout experiences
  • Integrate Meta Shop with Shopify/WooCommerce for seamless sync
  • Handle shop policies, shipping settings, and payment configurations for US market
  • Troubleshoot catalog issues, disapprovals, and policy violations

Google Ads

  • Set up and optimize Search campaigns with proper keyword architecture (SKAGs, STAGs, or modern structures)
  • Build high-performing Shopping Ads with optimized product feeds via Google Merchant Center
  • Launch and scale Performance Max (P.MAX) campaigns with asset group segmentation
  • Implement advanced bidding strategies (tROAS, tCPA, Max Conversion Value)
  • Manage audience signals, exclusions, and search term optimization
  • Work with US-specific targeting, seasonality adjustments, and competitive analysis

TikTok Ads

  • Create and manage full-funnel TikTok advertising campaigns for US audiences
  • Set up In-Feed Ads, Spark Ads, Collection Ads, and Dynamic Showcase Ads
  • Implement TikTok's Smart Performance Campaigns and automated bidding
  • Optimize for conversions (Add to Cart, Initiate Checkout, Purchase)
  • Develop creative strategies aligned with TikTok's native content style
  • Manage audience targeting, lookalikes, and retargeting campaigns

TikTok Shop Setup & Management

  • Set up TikTok Shop for US market from scratch (Seller Center configuration)
  • Manage product listings, pricing, inventory, and shipping templates
  • Handle TikTok Shop policies, compliance, and approval processes
  • Integrate TikTok Shop with Shopify/WooCommerce
  • Set up and manage TikTok Shop Ads (Product Shopping Ads, LIVE Shopping Ads)
  • Coordinate with creators/affiliates for TikTok Shop promotions

Reporting & Analytics

  • Create comprehensive weekly/monthly performance reports across all platforms
  • Set up proper attribution models and conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, CAPI, Events API)
  • Analyze customer acquisition costs and lifetime value metrics
  • Provide actionable insights and scaling recommendations
  • Cross-platform performance analysis and budget allocation recommendations

Requirements
Experience & Track Record
4-5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads & TikTok Ads
Proven experience with US-based e-commerce brands (Fashion, Beauty, CPG, or similar)

  • Must have managed accounts with $10M+ total ad spend
  • Demonstrated experience setting up TikTok Shops and Meta Shops
  • Portfolio showing Purchase-focused results (ROAS, Revenue, CPA – screenshots required)

Technical Skills

  • Expert-level Meta Business Manager, Commerce Manager & Ads Manager
  • Expert-level Google Ads (Search, Shopping, P.MAX)
  • Expert-level TikTok Ads Manager and TikTok Seller Center
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI) setup and troubleshooting
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok Pixel and Events API implementation
  • Proficiency in Google Merchant Center and product feed optimization
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and pixel debugging across all platforms
  • Understanding of iOS 14.5+ attribution challenges and solutions
  • Experience with shop setup, catalog management, and commerce policies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
