Senior Planning Engineer

• In-charge of the overall project planning, project controls which includes preparation of CPM schedules, project execution plan(s), work packages, progress reports, material/ equipment loading/ utilization histograms/plans/reports.
• Plan and assign work schedules to project team members, ensure efficiency in task execution, and that all equipment and facilities are optimally utilized.
• Document all lessons learned to serve as reference in forthcoming project activities and eliminate mistakes, verify earlier lessons learned have been actualized in current tasks.
• Attend regular internal, external meeting with project team members to reporting the project status.
• Monitor works and ensure quality standards across all work products, and compliance project timeframe.
• Perform Delay analysis using the Time impact analysis techniques required in the contract or that suits the case in hand ( Impacted As Planned , Time Impact Analysis , As-Build But For , Collapsed As Build , Window analysis), Performing Prospective & Retrospective analysis.
• Work with the claims team to prepare the statement of claim and the overall claim submission document and calculate the extra costs (Direct, prolongation, Loss of profit, disruption, etc.).
