Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain production and material planning schedules based on sales forecasts, demand patterns, and business requirements.

Coordinate with Supply Chain team, Production, and Sales teams to ensure smooth execution of plans.

Monitor production performance and adjust schedules to address bottlenecks, delays, or unexpected demand changes.

Maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials, packaging and finished goods to minimize shortages or excess stock.

Generate reports and KPIs (capacity utilization, forecast accuracy, OTIF – On Time in Full, etc.) to track planning efficiency and identify improvement opportunities.

Support S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes, providing accurate data and analysis for decision-making.

Identify risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans to maintain business continuity.

Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance planning processes, reduce costs, and improve customer service levels.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Supply Chain.

Experience from 4- 6 years in planning.

Proven experience in planning within FMCG sector (minimum 2 years).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
