Supply Chain Planning Assistant Analyst

Overview

Responsible for creating production plans and ensuring an optimized cross-site manufacturing supply plan that can be scheduled effectively, maintaining target stock levels for all SKUs to secure service delivery to the Business Units.

Responsibilities

• Develop production plans with constrained capacity within the planning horizon.
• Review and validate detailed line scheduling plans.
• Provide inventory projections and business waste estimates for the market.
• Track key service metrics and identify worst performers in collaboration with the Integrated Planning Lead and directors.
• Conduct root cause analysis for underperforming areas and support the creation of action plans.
• Act as the integration point between the Market and GBS.
• Ensure product supply aligns with the commercial change agenda.
• Support NPD launches and phase-in/phase-out changes by preparing supply planning systems in advance.
• Communicate changes effectively to scheduling teams and share supply plan updates through the right channels.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed (Engineering preferred).
• Experience in Distribution Planning or related Supply Planning tasks.
• Knowledge of product category planning.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
• Solid skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working with numbers.
