Senior Procurement Contract Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate procurement contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, and supply arrangements.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define procurement needs and contract terms.

• Monitor contract performance, track key deliverables, and resolve contract-related issues.

• Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and risk mitigation.

• Provide guidance to junior team members on procurement and contract management best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Law, or related field

• Experience in procurement and contract management, preferably in a corporate or government environment.

• Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.

• In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, contract law, and compliance standards.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
