C3 AI has an opening for a Senior Procurement Manager located onsite at our headquarters in Redwood City, CA. The Senior Procurement Manager will be responsible for ensuring cost - efficient and timely acquisition of goods and services. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management, vendor negotiation, and strategic sourcing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market dynamics, supplier relationships, and cost management.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement policies and strategies that align with the company's growth objectives
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings and favorable agreements. Identify opportunities for competitive bidding and process improvements.
Source, evaluate, and qualify suppliers/vendors based on quality, cost, and reliability. Oversee robust supplier selection processes using market analysis, precise RFPs, and data-driven methods.
Process purchase orders and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Track, analyze, and report on procurement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Optimize procurement processes for cost savings and efficiency.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to align procurement with project needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful procurement strategies.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with ERP systems and procurement software - Coupa is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results.
