Job Summary:
The Senior Procurement Manager plans and manages all buying activities for the company. This includes creating strategies, building relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and making sure purchases are cost-effective and high-quality. The role also involves improving procurement operations, managing budgets, following rules, and analysing market trends to support the companyโs goals.

Lead programs to reduce costs and improve cash flow.
Leadership & Collaboration:

Lead and mentor procurement teams.

Work with executives and managers across the company to align goals.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensure procurement follows all laws, regulations, and company policies.

Support health, safety, and environmental initiatives.

Monitor metrics and tools to make sourcing and supplier management better.

ERP knowledge (SAP preferred).
Experience Required:

Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role, with 3 years of GCC experience considered a plus.

Architect or Civil Engineer with demonstrated experience delivering luxury interior fit-out projects to the highest quality standards.
