Senior Procurement Manager Technical Services

We are looking for a Senior Procurement Manager Technical Services who will lead sourcing strategies, vendor management, and procurement operations across MEP, maintenance, and facilities-related services. You are not just purchasing materials, you are driving cost efficiency, supplier performance, and long-term value for the business.

You will work closely with operations, finance, and project teams to ensure timely procurement, compliance, and quality standards across all sites.

Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement Strategy

Develop and implement procurement strategies for technical services, MEP systems, and facilities management operations

Vendor Management

Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery

Cost Control

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to achieve cost savings while maintaining service standards

Operational Support

Coordinate with operations teams to ensure materials and services are delivered on schedule across all sites

Compliance

Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, local regulations, and contract requirements

Reporting

Monitor procurement performance, supplier KPIs, and cost metrics and provide regular reports to senior management

What We Are Looking ForExperience

8 to 12 years of experience in procurement within facilities management, construction, or technical services

Technical Knowledge

Strong understanding of MEP systems, maintenance services, and facilities operations procurement

Leadership

Experience managing procurement teams and supplier networks across multiple projects or locations

Skills

Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost analysis skills

Education

Bachelor degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field

Mindset

You are proactive, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering value through strategic sourcing and strong supplier relationships

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR17,000.00 - QAR23,000.00 per month
