Senior Procurement Officer

China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC ME) is recruiting a Senior Procurement Officer to join our team for an exciting and challenging Roads, Bridges and Utilities Projects .

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience with RTA standards and procurement processes in construction company.
• Minimum 7 to 10 years' experience in related filed.
• Strong knowledge of contract management and supply chain processes .
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office and procurement management software.
