Senior Procurement Officer - Male

Job Summary:
A highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Procurement Officer to manage and optimize our procurement processes. This role involves strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, supplier management, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement procurement procedures in compliance with procurement policies and procedures and best practices
• Manage supplier relationships and performance evaluations
• Conduct tenders, bids, and supplier selection processes
• Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards
• Coordinate and oversee the receiving process
• Prepare and present procurement reports to management

Requirements:

• Preferable engineering academic/ professional background
• Minimum 5 years of relevant procurement experience
• Experience must include implementation of tender purchasing
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Proficient in procurement software (e.g. ERP)
• Fluent in English/ Arabic
• Male
• Salary Budget: 15K
