Mission
Administer procurement and purchasing operations to secure high quality materials and services
at optimal costs, ensuring timely availability while mitigating risks. Build & develop supplier relationships to support the organization goals in a focused procurement setting. Demonstrate accountability, detail orientation, and commitment to continuous learning.
Responsibilities

Perform the full procurement lifecycle, including requisition review, supplier sourcing,
contract negotiation, purchase order creation, logistics & delivery verification to
site/requesters, and coordination until supplier payment.

Identify savings opportunities and optimizations in transactions through market analysis,
vendor negotiations, and strategic sourcing tailored to Valeo needs.

Proactively resolve issues by influencing suppliers and internal stakeholders,
ensuring alignment with procurement policies, regulations, and engineering priorities.

Track supplier performance to support projects timelines and budgets.

Prepare and report detailed purchasing activity updates to the procurement manager.
Requirements
Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years in procurement/purchasing, ideally in tech or engineering fields,
handling end-to-end processes.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.

Proactive problem-solver (not just an executor) who creatively navigates challenges, with
high accountability and detail focus.

Skilled negotiator spotting savings, eager learner with strong interpersonal skills for
stakeholder trust.

Proficient in Google Suite, ERP systems, and reporting techniques.
