The Senior Product Analyst plays a key role in driving product success by leading product analysis, defining strategic direction, and ensuring product performance aligns with business objectives. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, end-users, and development teams to translate business needs into high-quality product solutions while ensuring adherence to standards and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead engagement with stakeholders, end-users, and clients to gather, analyze, and anticipate business and user needs, translating them into clear product requirements.

Define and refine the product vision and strategy, contributing to long-term product roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.

Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring effective prioritization based on business value, risk, and changing requirements.

Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications, and oversee all stages of the product lifecycle including design, development, testing, and release.

Monitor and evaluate product performance, progress, and impact using KPIs and analytics, providing insights and recommendations to support product decisions.

Lead and support product quality analysis by reviewing metrics, validating outputs, and ensuring compliance with Takamol standards and design quality guidelines.

Act as a key liaison between product, development, operations, quality teams, and end-users, ensuring alignment and timely communication of updates and changes.

Actively participate in and contribute to Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product analysts and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the direct manager.

A. Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
B. Minimum Experience

2– 4 years of experience in Product Management, Product Analysis, or a closely related role.

Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Advanced knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodologies.

Strong understanding of product development architecture and system design.
