Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Technical Product Manager to oversee and improve the quality of our contact centre operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in customer interactions by leading quality monitoring, calibration sessions, training recommendations, and performance analytics. This role ensures that customer service representatives meet internal standards and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Leadership:
- Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for critical components of the SaaS platform.
- Lead discovery and planning efforts for new features and enhancements, balancing business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, leveraging data, feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on product strategy, prioritization, and long-term planning.
Technical Ownership:
- Deeply understand platform architecture, integrations, and technical constraints to make informed trade-offs and decisions.
- Work closely with engineering leads to scope projects, set timelines, and ensure technical excellence in execution.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements, wireframes, and documentation for all stakeholders.
Cross-functional Collaboration (Marketing & GTM):
- Partner with product marketing to define positioning, messaging, and launch strategies that resonate with target users and markets.
- Provide technical context and clarity for marketing content, sales enablement, customer onboarding, and feature adoption.
- Align product development with go-to-market timelines, campaigns, and customer communications.
- Support competitive analysis and differentiation initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 5–8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a SaaS or cloud-native environment.
- Strong technical foundation — able to engage in architectural discussions and assess trade-offs with software engineering.
- Proven experience driving product launches in coordination with marketing, sales, and customer success.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — adept at influencing across teams and levels.
- Familiarity with modern product development tools (e.g., Jira, Figma, Notion, Mixpanel/Amplitude).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
