Job PurposeManage activation workflow post account creation.Coordinating with stakeholders such as Compliance & Operations to reduce backlog and reduce TATImprove the customer experience in account opening and activation Key Result AreasOwn the end-to-end downstream onboarding journey including account fulfillment, activation and funding for SME’sPartner with stakeholders including operations, compliance etc. to drive operational efficiencies, reducing activation TAT
etc.Drive customer communications with omni-channel approach to reach customers for additional for customer dependencies (pending docs, info.)Manage the stationery inventory and closely track the activation rates, STP%, activation backlog
etc.Work with Operations / compliance to process case and reduce backlogsEngage and influence senior management and major stakeholders for buy-in and support on key initiativesManage a team of Virtual relationship managers in KLI to achieve results
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Degree in Marketing or related field with 10-15 years’ experienceExperience in in banking / financial industry with focus on customer acquisition, strategy, design, implementation etc.
