Senior Product Manager - Credit Cards and Personal Loan

This role will be responsible to drive product management for Credit Cards and Personal Loan through product revenue maximization, customer value propositions, and portfolio profitability. The role also serves as country rewards manager, managing end to end rewards program for Credit Cards.

• Drive new projects, product development, Customer value proposition enhancement and marketing campaigns from planning, strategy formulation to implementation.
• Design new introduce new products to enhance sales/acquisition including cards portfolio.
• Develop and service strategic relationships / business partnerships (Discounts, value propositions) with merchants to build a unique product proposition based on the requirements of each card type day to day value, entertainment, lifestyle etc.
• Lead ongoing product developments and product fir analysis initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for product enhancement and implementation product line extensions. Drive card engagement through active management of merchants tie ups.
• Develop action plans to address gaps in product/campiagn performance
