KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains the strategic product vision, ensuring alignment with business and technology objectives.
- Leads and mentors team members on backlog management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery excellence.
- Translates complex business requirements into clear technical deliverables, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Manages cross-functional dependencies, risks, and priorities across multiple product lines or initiatives.
- Collaborates with architects, engineering leads, and relevant stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and scalability.
- Oversees the development and maintenance of product roadmaps for multiple streams or portfolios.
- Champions best practices in Agile/Scrum methodologies across product delivery teams.
- Drives innovation by identifying emerging technologies, market trends, and customer insights.
- Acts as the escalation point for critical delivery issues and cross-team challenges.
- Ensures product releases meet high standards of quality, security, and performance.
- Utilises KPIs, analytics, and customer feedback to guide strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Supports budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning for assigned product portfolios.
- Leads change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new solutions and processes.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)
- Bachelor s Degree or Honours in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Fluent in English
- 6+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, or a related technical leadership role_x000D_ Proven experience managing large-scale, enterprise-level technology products or platforms_x000D_ Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog prioritization, and roadmap management
- Airline Industry knowledge and awareness of emerging technologies
COMPETENCIES
ISR REQUIREMENTS
Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
