📍 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Ankabut is seeking an accomplished Senior Program Manager to lead the successful delivery of large-scale, multi-project programs for our strategic clients. This role calls for a results-oriented leader with a strong background in program governance, agile delivery, and risk management .

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple high-impact programs.

✅ Establish governance frameworks, delivery plans, and executive reporting.

✅ Engage directly with senior client stakeholders for alignment and transparency.

✅ Drive agile delivery across cross-functional, distributed teams.

✅ Oversee delivery assurance across scope, budget, risk, and quality.

Must Criteria

🎓 Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)

🏅 PMP/PgMP certification required ; Agile/Scrum Master certification preferred

🧠 Strong understanding of application architecture principles (TOGAF or Microsoft Certified Azure Solution Architect is a plus)

💻 Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and enterprise digital platforms (Microsoft Power Platform / AWS certification a plus)

🏫 Experience handling Higher Education or industry ERP implementations (SIS, CRM, etc.)

🧩 Proficient with project tools like JIRA, Asana, and MS Project

📈 10+ years in project/program management, including 5+ years in program leadership

General Criteria

🔹 Familiarity with ITIL v4 or ISO/IEC 20000 practices

🔹 Experience with Power BI or dashboard reporting tools

🔹 Certifications or courses in Digital Transformation Programs

🔹 Strong interpersonal and leadership skills (e.g., Conflict Resolution, Negotiation, Emotional Intelligence )
