Senior Project Control Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate planning, scheduling, cost management, and reporting activities for major infrastructure projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project objectives, milestones, and contractual requirements.
• Manage cost forecasting, variance analysis, and earned value performance measurement, providing clear insights and recommendations to project management.
• Prepare and review progress reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses for internal and client reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to monitor project performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Support the Project Controls Manager in establishing and maintaining effective project control systems, processes, and governance frameworks.
• Mentor junior project controls engineers, sharing technical expertise and promoting best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and digital transformation of project control tools and methodologies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 08 years of experience in project controls, with a strong background in large-scale infrastructure or EPC projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Excel, and preferably Power BI or similar data visualization platforms.
• Strong understanding of planning principles, cost control, risk analysis, and earned value management (EVM).
• Proven ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary project team.
