Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate planning, scheduling, cost management, and reporting activities for major infrastructure projects.

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project objectives, milestones, and contractual requirements.

Manage cost forecasting, variance analysis, and earned value performance measurement, providing clear insights and recommendations to project management.

Prepare and review progress reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses for internal and client reporting.

Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to monitor project performance and identify areas for improvement.

Support the Project Controls Manager in establishing and maintaining effective project control systems, processes, and governance frameworks.

Mentor junior project controls engineers, sharing technical expertise and promoting best practices.

Contribute to the continuous improvement and digital transformation of project control tools and methodologies.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.

Minimum 08 years of experience in project controls, with a strong background in large-scale infrastructure or EPC projects.

Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Excel, and preferably Power BI or similar data visualization platforms.

Strong understanding of planning principles, cost control, risk analysis, and earned value management (EVM).

Proven ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary project team.
