About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager experienced in interior fit-out and renovationprojects to join our growing team. The role involves managing projects from initial site assessment to final handover — including site visits, quotation preparation, project planning, and on-site supervision. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of leading multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits and inspections to gather project details, verify measurements, and assess existing site conditions.
• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and project proposals based on client requirements and site evaluations.
• Manage and oversee all phases of interior fit-out and renovation works — from planning to execution and handover.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.
• Review and approve design drawings, materials, and schedules.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and costs to ensure compliance with approved budgets and timelines.
• Lead site meetings, resolve technical issues, and provide clear direction to the project team.
• Oversee procurement, material submittals, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards on site.
• Prepare progress reports, variation claims, and final project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the UAE within interior fit-out and renovation projects.
• Proven experience in both technical site supervision and project cost estimation/quotation preparation.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, finishes, and fit-out methodologies.
• Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and related tools.
• Valid UAE Driving License – mandatory.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
