Senior Project Engineer (Onshore) - URGENT role

Location: Doha, Qatar

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our client's team and support major onshore Oil & Gas projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong multidisciplinary coordination experience, robust engineering planning capabilities, and solid exposure to brownfield project environments. This role requires significant expertise across Pre-FEED and FEED phases, with the ability to manage complex interfaces with statutory authorities and external stakeholders.

Mandatory Requirement

• Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited university
• 15+ years of experience as a Senior Project Engineer within the Oil & Gas industry in Engineering.
• Must have solid experience in Onshore projects
• Must have experience of working with multidisciplinary teams
• Must have well developed engineering planning skills
• Preferably Middle East experience
• Experience working with an international engineering consultancy
• Experience in interface management with Statutory authorities and external stakeholders
• Strong experience in brownfield environment
• Mandatory experience in Pre-FEED and FEED phase
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering deliverables across all project phases.
• Manage project interfaces, including engagement with Statutory authorities and external stakeholders.
• Oversee engineering planning to ensure schedules, deliverables, and regulatory requirements are met.
• Provide technical guidance to engineering teams and ensure compliance with standards and project specifications.
• Support brownfield activities such as site assessments, engineering evaluations, and integration planning.
• Collaborate with international engineering consultancies and internal teams to drive project outcomes.
• Maintain effective communication, documentation, and reporting across Pre-FEED and FEED stages.
