Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead, oversee, and deliver high-impact projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, software development, or FinTech, and will be responsible for managing end-to-end project lifecycles—from planning and execution to monitoring, risk management, and stakeholder communications.

This role requires excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure smooth delivery across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, QA, Design, and Business teams to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes.
• Define project scope, timelines, resource allocation plans, and milestones.
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Monitor project progress using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation such as project plans, reports, and risk logs.
• Communicate project status updates to internal and external stakeholders, including leadership.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource utilization.
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency.
• Mentor and support junior project managers within the team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5–8 years of project management experience in IT, Software Development, or FinTech.
• Proven ability to deliver medium to large-scale technology projects successfully.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
• Expertise with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Asana, etc.).
• Strong risk management, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP, Scrum Master, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are a plus.
• Experience in FinTech or regulated industries is an added advantage.
