Work Experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Track recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.
  • Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote the company and its opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a recruitment role, preferably in Automotive or any other Engineering background.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling challenging roles across various functions.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools, including ATS systems.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
