The Role

As a Senior Recruiter you will support client hiring managers with filling their vacancies to target start dates ensuring all quality thresholds and KPIs are met, and value is generated for AMS. The role is to develop and deliver excellent recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service levels. You will be also responsible for building excellent relationships within the hiring manager community in order to identify opportunities for direct hiring and provide guidance to ensure a best practice approach to resourcing is adopted.

Location: Dammam/ Saudi Arabia

Work pattern: hybrid

Employment: 12 months Fixed Term Contract

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for a wide range of roles
• Source Candidates, using a variety of tools and channels to develop a pipeline of qualified Candidates
• Collaborate with Service Leaders to align recruitment strategies with business needs
• Execute targeted outreach campaigns and adaptive conversations to attract top talent
• Manage interview and selection processes
• Work closely with TA operations to report on activity and key metrics
• Ensure quality shortlists are prepared and delivered in a timely manner
• Ensure Candidate, Client and Hiring Manager's great experience by frequent updates and communication
• Produce timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated
• Deliver results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives.

Skills & Requirements

You’ll need to demonstrate:

• Strong experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Engineering / Mechanical / Manufacturing recruitment experience.
• Business fluency in English and Arabic, both spoken and written
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment
• Proven ability to generate content and effectively utilize social media platforms
• Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills
• Experience in the use of recruitment technology and recruitment databases and ATS
• An awareness and basic understanding of the need for compliance and legislation
