Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with strong experience in BFSI mandates who can
independently drive the entire recruitment cycle — from sourcing to closure — with minimal
supervision. The role requires an eye for top talent, strong networking, and a proven track
record of closures.

Key Responsibilities
● Own end-to-end recruitment for BFSI roles across functions (Risk, Finance, Treasury,
Operations, HR, Sales, Underwriting, etc.)
● Source high-quality talent using headhunting, references, X-ray searches, social media,
and job portals
● Build and leverage referral networks within BFSI
● Conduct initial assessments and shortlist candidates for client discussions
● Manage candidate experience and ensure quick turnaround times
● Achieve and maintain a high closure rate on assigned mandates
● Work independently to deliver on targets while keeping stakeholders updated

Requirements
● 4+ years of experience in recruitment, with significant exposure to BFSI roles
● Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job boards, X-ray, headhunting, market mapping)
● Proven record of successful closures and ability to handle mandates end-to-end
● Ability to work independently and deliver under tight timelines
● Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
● Process-oriented with strong attention to detail
