Opportunity

The UAE recruitment market is competitive, transactional and low value.

That's why after recruiting in over 10 countries, our business exclusively operate in the US market and have done for the last 8 years, from the luxury of Dubai.

This opportunity is for ambitious experienced 360 recruiters that want to:

• massively increase their earnings - $300k USD/year
• work in a low-competition, high value market - our last two fees in March @ $75k
• become globally mobile - be employed in the UAE but travel wherever you want, whenever you want
• be part of a proven, mature and driven founding team - that has already scaled a multi-seven figure US recruitment business

The Role

This is our first full-time hire.

Therefore you must be able to, and want to - act like a founder.

That means:

• Driven
• Curious
• Ethical
• Well-presented
• See recruitment as a game to be won

Your role will be to:

• Take over a warm 360 $50k/month (50% retained, 50% contingent)
• Once up and running - deliver and executive a plan to grow a team
• Partake in strategy meetings with founders to help drive the direction of the business

Because we focus on the US market our working hours are approx 12pm-10pm. This is a high-trust environment and there is total flexibility for social/personal arrangements, and the advantage is that you have the mornings as you please.

Base salary is open for the right candidate.

Total payout is 50% of revenue.
