Talent Acquisition Executive

A Talent Acquisition in the beauty salon industry focuses on finding, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for various roles within the salon, such as stylists, receptionists, and management positions. With continued expansion, we’re seeking a versatile Talent Acquisition who can manage high-quality recruitment across beauty and other commercial industries. This role requires understanding the specific needs of a beauty salon and using targeted recruitment strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Recruitment: Identifying and attracting qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, industry events, and employee referrals.
  • Candidate Screening and Assessment: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and potentially administering practical assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability for the role.
  • Interviewing and Selection: Conducting in-person or virtual interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, personality, and cultural fit within the salon environment.
  • Building Relationships: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Staying Informed: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, best practices in talent acquisition, and relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with salon managers and other stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Promoting Employer Brand: Representing the salon's brand and values through recruitment activities and social media presence.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Tracking recruitment metrics and providing regular reports on recruitment progress and effectiveness.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the beauty or salon industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with candidates, managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues related to recruitment and candidate selection.
  • Familiarity with the specific roles and skills required in the beauty salon industry.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of UAE experience with proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment across the beauty, lifestyle, retail, and service sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE labor market and beauty industry standards.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
