Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition professional is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the growth and operational needs of the real estate development business. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across development, construction, engineering, sales, marketing, finance, and corporate functions while ensuring alignment with the company's strategic hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Develop recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent in real estate development, construction, and property management.
  • Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.

2. Candidate Sourcing

  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels including:
  • LinkedIn
  • Job portals
  • Industry networks
  • Internal referrals
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for critical roles such as project managers, architects, engineers, sales teams, and finance professionals.

3. Employer Branding

  • Promote the company's employer brand within the real estate and construction industry.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and networking forums.

4. Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to ensure recruitment aligns with project timelines and business objectives.
  • Provide regular recruitment reports and updates.

5. Interview & Selection Process

  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and competency-based interviews.
  • Coordinate technical interviews with department heads.
  • Manage offer negotiations and onboarding coordination.

6. Recruitment Process Improvement

  • Improve recruitment workflows and candidate experience.
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rate.

7. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure hiring processes comply with UAE labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment for real estate development companies.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and ATS systems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
