Job Summary

The Agency Acquisition Executive is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new manpower suppliers and recruitment agencies to build a strong vendor network for the company. The role involves visiting potential manpower suppliers, negotiating partnership terms, verifying compliance with company standards, and establishing long-term working relationships to ensure a reliable manpower supply pipeline.

1. Agency Sourcing & Acquisition

  • Identify and approach potential manpower suppliers and recruitment agencies locally.
  • Conduct field visits and meetings with manpower suppliers to present company partnership opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of authorized manpower agencies.

2. Agency Evaluation & Verification

  • Evaluate supplier credibility, recruitment capacity, and past experience.
  • Verify required licenses, certifications, and legal compliance.
  • Conduct due diligence before onboarding new manpower suppliers.

3. Onboarding & Documentation

  • Manage the registration and onboarding process for new manpower suppliers.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for vendor approval.
  • Ensure suppliers sign service agreements, NDAs, and partnership contracts.

4. Relationship Management

  • Maintain regular communication with partner agencies.
  • Provide agencies with manpower requirements and recruitment updates.
  • Resolve supplier issues and ensure service quality.

5. Market Research

  • Conduct market research to identify new manpower sources.
  • Analyze supplier performance and recruitment capacity.
  • Monitor competitor vendor networks and industry trends.

6. Reporting

  • Maintain an updated database of manpower suppliers.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on agency acquisition and vendor performance.
  • Track onboarding progress and recruitment success rates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in manpower supply, recruitment, or vendor management.
  • Experience working with manpower agencies or recruitment partners is preferred.

  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, CRM systems)

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with supplier agencies.
  • Mandatory UAE Driving License
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and manpower supply procedures.
  • Experience in construction, facility management, or oil & gas manpower supply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
