Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract candidates for roles such as control room operators, maintenance technicians, and engineers, utilizing various channels like online job boards, professional networks, and industry-specific events.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from job description creation and candidate screening to interviewing, offer extension, and onboarding.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with plant managers, department heads, and HR to understand staffing needs and ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for technical and operational positions.
- Employer Branding: Act as a brand ambassador to promote the company as an employer of choice within the power industry, highlighting the unique and challenging opportunities available.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local, state, and federal labor laws and company policies.
- Data and Analytics: Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source-of-hire) to continuously improve recruitment effectiveness.
- Team Development: Provide guidance and support to a recruitment team, if applicable, and ensure they are up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
