Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Senior Recruitment Specialist.

The role involves overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process, including identifying and attracting top talent, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs.

Responsibilities also include designing and implementing recruitment strategies, training staff in effective hiring practices, and ensuring positive candidate experiences.

The Senior Recruitment Specialist will play a key role in building strong teams and fostering a productive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing processes
  • Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and internal teams
  • Experience in Training and mentoring hiring managers or team members
  • Ability to design and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable
  • Prior experience in recruitment within a corporate or consulting environment is an advantage
