Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Professional with proven experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in business development, client relationship management, and marketing strategies tailored to construction and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in construction and related sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, consultants, and clients.
• Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market growth.
• Lead client negotiations, proposals, and contract closures.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, project, and procurement) for seamless project execution.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product promotions, and brand positioning activities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and manage client feedback for repeat business.
• Track and report sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts to management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proven sales & marketing experience in construction / real estate / infrastructure industry.
• Strong network with industry stakeholders (builders, contractors, architects, consultants).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to drive business development independently and meet targets.
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and services.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or Civil Engineering.
• 5 – 10 years of relevant industry experience.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
