Responsibilities
-
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets in the metrology sector specific to high end automation solutions.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.

Managing existing Business Partner (BP) in region. Tracking BP performance in region and report HQ time to time on their performance and scope for improvisation.

Collaborate with the technical team to provide customer-specific solutions.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.

Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Should be able to conduct customer specific events like webinar and seminars in region to targeted customers.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the metrology industry ( Preferably 3D scanner or other related Metrology products will be an added advanateg)

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong technical understanding of metrology products and automation solutions.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Minimum 3 years of Metrology Software hands on experience
